What the making includes

Iro, buba, and ipele, plus a written note for the gele artist. The first fitting happens before the set is finished.

Handwoven strips. Alaari, etu, and sanyan each behave differently at a shoulder, so the weave decides the sleeve.

The first fitting is part of the making. If the garment does not sit the way you and Mairy agreed, it is altered in-house before you pay the balance. You do not take home a dress that argues with you.
